Heather Webber is a native of Massachusetts who married her high school
sweetheart and moved with him to a small town in southern Ohio, where she continues to live with her husband and three children. When Webber had difficulty getting her first novels published, she turned to short story writing and was more successful. Her first successful novels were in the romance genre and are as successful as her mysteries. Nina Quinn is the amateur sleuth-landscaper who owns a landscaping company, Taken By Surprise, a company that does surprise landscaping makeovers in a day. As expected, Quinn digs up corpses and mysteries and involves herself in their resolutions.
