Mary Daheim

   Mary Daheim wrote historical romance novels before she turned to writing mystery novels.  Her first mystery, Just Desserts, led to 22 other mystery novels in what is called her Bed-and-Breakfast series. Judith McMonigle, the owner of Hillside Manor Inn, the Bread-and-Breakfast of the series, is called upon to not only serve her guests but solve a great many murders as well.
   Emma Lord, is the publisher-editor of the Alpine Advocate. For a small town in the foothills of
Washington's Cascade Mountains, there are many mysteries and murders for Emma to solve.
    Mary Daheim lives with her husband and three daughters in Seattle, Washington. She is a member of the Mystery Writers of America, Author's Guild, and Romance Writers of America.
